Starting the day with the briefing

What changed since yesterday, who is in training this fortnight, and who can take the session at short notice.

Where it starts

The day begins with six tabs and a phone call

Overdue checks are in one list, unstaffed sessions in the calendar, results waiting for review in an inbox. The training manager finds out about the instructor who is double-booked when the first session has already started.

  • Nothing tells you what changed since yesterday
  • Conflicts surface on the day, not the week before
  • Finding cover means opening calendars one at a time

What Qualify does

One dashboard, assembled from what you may read

The morning briefing lists the things worth knowing today: overdue checks, unstaffed sessions, results that need review. Acknowledge one and it stops being offered. Under it, the pipeline shows the next two weeks, one row per trainee, with the trainees most at risk at the top, and every open enrolment in the column of the phase it is in.

  • Conflicts named above the grid: an instructor on two sessions, a simulator holding two
  • A training manager who also instructs switches to the instructor view in one click
  • Crew schedule day view: who is in session, who is next free, who can take it
  • Counters across everything you can read, and nothing you cannot
What you end up with

The week seen before it happens

  • Slipping enrolments sorted to the top, by the same rule everywhere
  • A session moved from the grid, with the invitation updating itself in everyone's calendar
  • Cover found from the next-available column, not from five phone calls
  • A queue that refreshes on its own while the panel is open
