Yours alone
Each operator gets its own installation of Qualify. Your records are never in the same place as another airline's.
A pilot's competency history is among the most sensitive things an airline holds. Qualify is built so that who can see it, who did see it, and how long it stays are decided by you and written down.
Each operator gets its own installation of Qualify. Your records are never in the same place as another airline's.
Instructors see the trainees assigned to them, trainees see themselves, engineers see devices and no grades. Managers decide the rest.
Records outside your role are simply not there, so nobody can tell from a screen that something exists elsewhere.
Once submitted, a grade stays as the instructor gave it. Corrections go through a note, reopen only the inputs and leave a trace.
Every time someone opens a trainee's analysis or prints a file, that is on the record, and the record can be handed over.
In fleet views and calibration reports instructors appear as Instructor A, B and C unless someone is allowed to see who is who. Session feedback is anonymous.
Abandoned drafts are cleared on your schedule. Submitted records are never removed.
When an item names an instructor, only that instructor can grade it. Not even an administrator can step in.
No result counts until a reviewer and an approver have signed it and the trainee has acknowledged it.
