Two instructors, one landing, two grades
Standardisation meetings happen twice a year and produce opinions. Pass rates differ by instructor and nobody can say whether that is the instructor or the trainees they happen to get.
What Qualify does
Calibration sessions with a result at the end
- Set up a session with the evidence to grade and the instructors to invite
- Everyone grades without seeing the others' marks, on the iPad or the web
- The report shows how closely they agree, competency by competency, against a standard your department sets
- Each instructor's standing appears on their page: meets the standard, below it, or not enough data yet
- Instructor pass rates compared across the fleet, with names hidden unless you are allowed to see them
What you end up with
Standardisation that shows up in the records
- Instructors below the standard prompted for another session
- Each instructor's grading pattern and lowest-scored competencies visible
- Trainee feedback on sessions pooled per instructor, anonymously
- Instructor and evaluator competencies assessed on their own framework
