Programmes & Scheduling

Plan the year. Run every session.

The syllabus, the people, the devices and the dates in one place. Programmes drive enrolments, enrolments drive sessions, and recurrent checks tell you what is due next.

Programmes

Phases, items, gates and attempts. Changing a programme never touches the trainees already on it.

Enrolments

One trainee or a whole class. Conflicts show up while you plan, not after.

Recurrent checks

Last passed, next due, overdue: worked out from the records themselves.

Forecast

Twelve months of demand against simulator, classroom and instructor capacity.

Calendar and sessions

Session types, attendance, and invitations that land in everyone's calendar.

Crew and device schedules

People by day and devices by day, with how full each one is.

Crew file

Personal details, employment, licences, medicals, authorisations and documents in one file.

Expiring credentials

Everything with an expiry date, soonest first, updated every night.

The syllabus, as you teach it

Ground school, simulator, line flying: phases and items with the rules you already apply, such as which phase must be finished first and how many attempts are allowed. For EBT programmes, the weaknesses found in the evaluation phase are carried into the training phases on their own.

  • Gates between phases
  • Named instructors on items that need one
  • Compliance matrix attached to the programme

Inside an enrolment

Every trainee's position on every item: pending, in progress, passed, failed, exempted or absent. Grade, exempt with a reason, skip or retry, and take attendance at the start of the day.

  • Phases close themselves when their items are done
  • Trainees can join or leave a class
  • Nothing can be deleted once a grade exists

Schedules that respect the rules

A grounded simulator disappears from the free slots. A session outside a device's operating hours is refused. An instructor without the right authorisation triggers a warning or a block, whichever your policy says.

  • Reminders the day before and the morning of
  • Invitations that update themselves when the session changes
  • Week totals: hours booked against hours available

Renewals before they become findings

Licences, medicals, authorisations, type ratings and documents with an expiry date live in one list. Filter to the next thirty days and you have the renewal list. Expiries also show up on the morning briefing.

  • One file per crew member, one photo everywhere
  • Reminders before an expiry, not after
  • Recurrent checks that set their own next due date
Forecast

Will you have the simulator hours next spring?

Demand comes from the checks that fall due and the intakes you plan. Capacity comes from device hours, classroom hours and instructor time. The forecast puts the two side by side, month by month, and shows where they do not meet.
